..........it all depends upon how the video message was sent to you.
If the sender sent the message to your email - then you will not get it in ooVoo.
If the sender sent it to your ooVoo account then you will get it in your ooVoo client. Keep in mind that you will receive the message at whatever computer you happen to be signed in on at the time the message was sent. So, if you were on ooVoo at home on your Desktop when the message came, don't look for it on your office Laptop the next day. The messages are stored locally - only on the actual PC where they are received.So, the message is on your Desptop at home and you will have to sign into ooVoo to se it there.
